1. Attaining inner peace. With each
day, we gather junk that gets piled inside us–body, mind and soul. These can
juxtapose to become negative thoughts or emotions. Meditation helps in
releasing this junk out of our bodies. It helps in expelling negativity and
attaining calmness of mind.
2. Becoming self-aware. Clarity of thoughts can be attained by
meditating. It helps in getting closer to oneself and knowing our inner
desires. We become conscious about what we think, feel, want or the way we
would like to project ourselves.
